Charm Mystery Quilt step#3

February 17, 2009

Mystery Monday

I have been without internet for a whole week. Still don’t have the problem fixed so I am blogging from Myra’s.
(corrections – sorry)

Block B
Make 18 Blocks

18 – charm squares
36 – 2 ½” x 5” strips of your light fabric
36 – 2 ½” x 9 ” strips of your light fabric

Sew a 2 ½” x 5 ” strip of your light fabric to
each side of your charm square.

Sew a 2 ½” x 9 ” strip of your light fabric to the top and bottom of your charm square. Press. Repeat until you have 18 blocks.

These are the exact same blocks as the previous. As soon as I have my internet problems solved I will post the assembly instructions.

you mention that they are supposed to be exactly the same as the previous blocks, although you say to cut them 2″ or are they supposed to be 2.5″ like the previous blocks? (i’m not trying to nag!! i just don’t have my mother’s stash to borrow from to cut extras!! not to forget, as i mentioned before, i already have some light cut…:D )

I’d go with the 2.5″ strips, Sara. ….Always better to go big and trim if necessary.
